Lets say you resigned from your job on the 6th January. Your employer pay you for the current month (not month behind)

but end of Feb you still got paid for the whole month instead of the 2 hours you were in work for.

You been paid the extra? what would you do? own up? or not say a word, and are there any legal positions on this. Google didnt get much hits

found a turbo engine but need help

right as some ppl may or may not know i recently bought the toyota altezza rs200 with the 3sge engine as found in the mr2/celica.

i have now found a celica gt4 thats been broken and the lad is willing to sell me the engine and shell so i have everything moke:

unfortunately this isnt a straight swap as 1st thought as my engine fits the other way round so things like sump, mounts, oil pick up etc are in the wrong place.

would anybody be able to take any of this work on to help me out???
i am willing to try doing it but its a bit far advanced for me as i can only change bits that dont need altering
or can anybody offer any advice for me???

My missus uncle works for an accident repair centre in Southport and the other week they had a black IS200 brought in it's been rolled and written off, just wondered if it was anyone on here or anyone knew about it? they also had an Evo FQ300 in for a full re-spray in yellow, got a couple of pics on my phone will stick em up when I get a chance.

Had a bit of a fright this morning when I noticed there were SPECS cameras on the entry slip road to the A13 from the A406 and wondered how long they'd been there cared:

A google search through brought this up though LINK so now I feel a bit better as it's only going live in the summer.........

Good news that the speed limit is being raised from the pitiful 40mph on a 6 lane dual carriageway to 50mph, but it will ruin a road that was great for a blast, and 84 cameras will be an immense waste of money when we clearly can't afford it.
