claybar
polish
wax

what products that are on the market that you use and have good ratings & durability because this is going to get the car ready for the winter

After spending 2 gorgeous weeks in gran canaria! Got back early hours of tuesday morning and well...now I remember why I went away lol the uk is so boring lol...Had an amazing holiday though which included going on a custom built jet boat powered by 2 big block chevy V8's and capable of over 70mph! Will post pics up when I have a chance. So whats been happening on here? Did anyone go to trax? How was it?

JAE Fuel Costs

I know I should not have totaled up the petrol receipts.....1000 mile round trip to JAE this year.......reciepts total = £176.88.
But the good thing was I did not have to top up the oil !!

Worth every penny :thumbup:

Johnboy

I had a great phone call from Johnboy last night.

Johnboy phoned me from his hospital bed last night and is thankfully on the mend.

He wants to thank everyone that has wished him well.

As some of you know Johnboy is a great guy that gives a lot of time for club meets, and he really wanted to be at JAE.
John has made a new target on his recovery programme of meeting everyone that can make the 4th of October at Santa Pod and this we hope will be his JAE.

I sure that you guys that have meet him will want to try and meet him at the JAP finals Santa Pod on 4th October and give him a warm welcome.

Having now got a proper spoiler for the Lex at JAE, I need to prep it and paint it.

What tips can people give me i.e. which grade of sand paper to finish off the filler, between coats, paint type etc. I want to give it a go myself...........
