Well as im part of the forum but not driving one of these Jap things, i suppose i should help populate this little corner of the site.

My current transport is this beautiful example of vauxhalls finest barge, and the piggies favourite.

Unfortunately it doesnt have the nice 3.0 V6 that cop spec cars had, and is only a lowly 2.5 diesel. (Although i may add it is a BMW engine, so that should give me a few bonus points)




Just aquired a set of 18's for it, not too sure when they will go on, as im sure it will need a bit of lowering, or it really will look like a tractor.

Well here is my review of a 2009 Vectra SRI, I have it as a hire car for the moment:

Good points:

not that ugly:laugh:
loads of room inside for all passengers
good seats
smooth ride
stereo not too bad..
very easy to drive.
you can fit 24 black bin bags in it and 4 large cardboard boxes and still get the front passenger in!!


bad points:
Hand break flimsy and poor position
interior plastics "cheap"
wiper and indicator stalks took a bit of getting used to seem to be pressure sensitive??
steering wheel remote controls are to easy to knock whilst turning corners quickly.....
door handle on inside are in a strange place
General ergonomics are poor
SLOW, and I mean slow I thought it was broken:blink:
typical reps car, no fun at all.

would I have one............... NO.:thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown: But it will do for the moment.
