my sx project

Ok to start the threads in the sx section here is my 200sx s13 ca18det i bought it for £300 like it is with the plate when i frist saw it i had to have it for that price.

here are some pics of where i picked it up from and what it looked like













i have started some work on the tailgate as it was shot with rust where the spoiler was so i cut out the rust and welded some plates in







then went over the edges with some fiberglass matting just for strenthing up the edges cus its not welded all the way around





the next thing was to sand down most of the excess fiberglass then add some filler





i havent taken any pis now its primerd so will do them tonight

Ok so end of June begining of July is an absolute killer for me money wise and this recession is not helping me one bit, i've just had to tax both the car £190 12 months, my van £104 6 months and the MOT's due on the van a week on Friday and I know it's going to need work done:crying: not really much point to the post just felt like having a moanad:

Cleaned, clay bar & polished the car last night so here it is with the mods (minor ones so far) to date.
