Ive been struggling with finances, and my employer started asking for overtime all this week and all next week, so ive done like 12 hours so far this week and am due in today and tomorrow for another 8 hours.
I put my name down for 30 hours next week, and I just rang them to see if there is anymore and guess what !
there cancelled all next week, saying there dont need it !
aarrrggghhhhh really pisses me off, thought ill be sorted for next month but at this rate i wont be, damn it, and what even pees me off, is that.
there started saying that if you put your name down for overtime and then dont turn up, there'll deal with if officialy down the absence procedure which in a call centre is ver strict. which i think is a piss take.
im tempted to go in today, and see if anyone has the curtesy to officaly tell me about next week, if there dont, then ill turn up for the overtime i put myself down for next week, if there do tell me officialy, then i wont turn up tomorrow and not tell them, and see what there do, just to take the piss
I orgainsed my whole week next week, around the overtime
