If it was just a one off I'd almost certainly just cut it out myself and punch the holes on our turret punch.
But I don't think we have any 3 or 4mm material in stock at the moment, and also I could potentially be making 5+ of these as friends of mine have asked if I can make them one too, and I'm hoping my club will take a couple too.

I would look locally for a fabrication place with a water jet cutter as sending these would cost quite a lot as they would be very heavy or change your material to aluminium.

I will also look at price for you in laser cut stainless if you want 5 as this will stop the need for any finishing to stop them going rusty

Okay, could you give me a price for 5 in both materials? If it's stainless I would drop down to 3mm though.
Also, does the company you work for do other fabrication too? Because I don't have any stainless bar at work, so if I was getting it cut from stainless it would probably be easier to just get the bars cut and welded at your end too?

I would supply complete lazer cut and pin welded in.
