Sorted the problem for the time being, managed to get myself 2 realy good part worn Yoko's with loads of tread on them both fitted and balanced for £50 I had these on my old 306 and they are really good tyres and the car now feels alot more planted so i'm happy again, the bloke who runs the tyre place said it's not uncommon for tyres to wear that quickly when your just pootleing around like I do, he said the wear was too even for it to be a major tracking or Geo problem all though he did say he'd expect more like 13k rather than around 10k which is what i've done on them, still want the Geo doing and still trying to convince the missus it needs coilcovers but at least it's legal again:biggrin:

well i have just got a set of Nankang ns2 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280382988266&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT,s i know there not the best, and for how long i think they are going to last me on the V8, the price was right, as my right foot is abit big lol, i will let you guys know how they hold up

Let us know how they hold up on the V8 then Marcus, I have them on the 300 and so far they are faring very well, i think that the tracking and camber is set up well!!
Sounds a good price, what price are they normally (I got mine on the wheels in a package) might buy them so I have a new set when mine need replacing

i had them on mine matey and there not too bad, just have to watch the rear end in the wet, but wouldnt say they were a **** tyre for what they cost
