A pair of fuckwits by the sound of it! Not only were they supposed to wait for a low loader recovery truck to collect the vehicle, but the police aren't supposed to drive ANYTHING on the job unless they've done all their driver training!

I like the way you think Phil,
but if the owners convicted of drink driving, then maybe there is a get - out for the insurance company, if it's proved he was driving it whilst under the influence, even tho he didn't smash it???
