parthiban With what I was saying above, I'm technically not undertaking, I'm driving on the left, and only overtaking whenever necessary by moving into the middle lane. It's irrelevant what's going on in the right lane

Proper undertaking is obviously against the rules, but so is keeping right when no overtaking. I'm sure they'd come down harder on undertaking though, so best hope that none of us ever have to find out!
