Yeah it was. So I might get em for next month... If I had known it was gonna take this long I wouldn't of bothered.

Hi I'm still a newbie here. So, Hello.

In the process of rebuilding an M62 for my IS200.

Have been thinking about inlet/outlet manifolds for the charger.
Nothing has materialised yet, but I may be able to get a run of flanges made. Lasercut/Waterjet cut plates to then build your piping onto.
Seeing as the ebayer I had the charger from made the mistake of sending me the Mercedes manifolds aswell for the better price, I've got a nice template to work from.

So, would anyone be interested in this if it should become a "thing"?
Cant give any idea of price yet I'm afraid but shouldn't break the bank...

Cheers,
Danny.

There's a few people looking at the same thing but it's getting the costs reasonable.

Mine were not a reasonable price... I had to have my flanges 8mm thick to minimize the warping when welding the tube to em. My fabber did a grand job of not buckling them, but I've twisted the **** out of the outlet when I rewelded the spout to it's correct position. Something to keep in mind when having them cut.

Cost-wise... I couldn't give any idea.
These would just be the flange plates though, no piping on them.

It depends whose willing to do the job & how many for how much on their terms atm

Warping could be an issue (something that had slipped my mind until mentioned above). I've got some 5mm plate lying around which seems adequate enough.
But 8mm you say?!
