by the way, the wire is bare as I stripped it back a bit in an event to try to bodge it for a while but my attempt failed...:Sulk:

You'll need a new plug. If you take some more pics I'll see if I have one in the garage.

no worries mate. I'll take some pics and post them up shortly....Is it easy to insert new wires into these type of plugs? Looks a bit difficult I thought...

Try and remove the pin from the block connector and resolder it back on, works fine aslong as the pin comes out

Yeah at the Bach where it goes in, the rubber can be removed, then the white plastic tab on the front of the coo ecotour, then the pin can be removed
