So did Sarah have to claim it off her own insurance.
We would have sent down some get well soon cakes if we knew about it at the time.

Jambo Was the insurance on his? I do hope so!
The insurance company paid out in less than a week, they paid out just for her car and im not sure what happened with his. she had to pay her excess as the car was written off.

She got the same model, 1.0 litre but new one has a/c, toyota spoiler that she wanted and is in the best colour there is, BLACK!!!!! :thumbup:
He old one was MINT though, she had it from new, 5 years old with only 27k on it

I understand what the police are saying, although my angle on it would be that if they can prove the dangerous driving prior to and up to the accident then I would have incorporated that into causing the accident??
All in all though pleased all is well and top marks to the insurance company for quick payout!

Im a bit upset they didn't do it as one incident and like you say its clearly his fault. But on the other hand he WILL get prosecuted now and Sarah doesn't have to go to court and relive the accident as that was seperate account.
She is alive and thats all i care about, if the BMW driver gets done then thats a bonus :mellow:
