right Saraj, got this so far.
Things missing are mouse/keyboard which I was going to leave up to you as tbh unless you are a real hardcore gamer a mouse is a mouse and a keyboard is a keyboard (although I have a Razer Deathadder mouse and love it).
Also depending on when you wanted to order this you could wait a couple of weeks and get Windows7 as your operating system or buy vista now with a upgrade voucher?

wow i love it, not sure how you managed that price.

GTX275 sounds interesting.

Windows im not bothered about, i can sort that out another way

that motherboard does it support SLI? then in future I can get anothe GTX275 and dual channel it

hmm the miniblurb in the motherboards section says it does, but the text says it supports xfire but doesn't mention SLi, however a quick google and everywhere seems to say that it does support SLi.

Although in honesty mate unless you are running games at above 1600x resolutions you are not going to see much of a benefit in running SLi over 1 single powerfull card.

so no increase in FPS? on sli, thats what i thought anyhow, if that is the case then i probally wont SLI it.

when then opens the gates to other motherboards which done support SLI and maybe cheaper, but then again that motherboard you got, seems a decent price for what it does

Very soon intel motherboards will support SLI as Nvidia would be shooting themselves in the foot if this doesn't happen as ATI have allowed for a while now. However SLI will do nothing for you really as by the time you need a 2nd card the tech will have moved on so you might as well just buy a repalcement.

Dan's build is good saraj worth thinking about at least. If you already have windows bought then i would think about an ATI 5850 instead of the Nvidia 275.

Was Supercharged Racing Green IS200 Sport. Now APR Stage 1 Seat Leon Cupra (220 Bhp).

agreed with Ed on the 5850 instead of the 275 but that's not to say the 275 is a bad card Wink

it all depends on the resolution you play games at tbh mate in whether you will see a fps gain in sli or not.

just been looking up on the 5850, and what a card it is, not even out yet ! way over the budget I had for graphics, but with everything low on price, then why not.

Im going to speak to my dad and see what price a gtx275 is in Pakistan, dont think the HD 5850 will be available there. Im expecting the price to be atleast 40% lower then here, so fingers crossed, once Ive decided on the graphics, then everything else should revolve around.

But im impressed with Dan's build, that ive saved that image above for reference !

will certinally do.

im looking at buying may 50% of the parts in the next two weeks, then the other 50% towards end of november, so it doesnt hit my wallat so hard.

probally the graphics untill my dad comes back to me with prices from Pakistan.

One quick question, everything i look at has always been Intel processing what about AMD?

AMD hasn't been up to scratch ever since conroe (core2duo) came out mate, the new Phenom x2's are good and are on par with the corequad cpu's but AMD is still way behind Intel atm.
