Dark Samurai Text on its way.

LOL. This one isn't going back on my car. Good news is that my new one has arrived at at a friends house in the USA and they will be forwarding it on to me today.

Have also ordered my new radiator and lightweight pulleys so I can put it all on in one go Big Grin

Ok so final update.....

Took some time but I found a new o-ring big enough for the supercharger housing....

Also a new Oil seal for the impeller shaft...

...and one for the pulley shaft...

First set of bearings in. These are the high speed ones on the impeller shaft..

And then the oil slinger slotted in nicely...

All coming together. Everything in place and mated up nicely ready for the housing to go back together...

Used some high temp sealant on everything to make sure there would be no oil leaks from any of the bolts or seals. Back together...

And impeller back on...

Job done!

Phil01 Good work Jim, quite a big job to take on, well done

Thanks mate. I imagine it would be 10x easier if I'd had the proper tools for pulling bearings and pressing them back on. It was quite a pain in the backside trying to find ways of pushing the bearings back on without exerting any stress on the outer ring of the bearing.

I also pulled a bearing and it exploded into a shower of balls, leaving behind the centre ring which I then needed to dremel off carefully :Chair:
