DIY custom supercharger parts list
I also made exact 3D models of the supercharger pulleys, just for fun. It would be nice to have a complete supercharger kit in 3D, but it would also be pretty pointless

02-02-2024, 02:55 PM #41I've made drawings of the inlet and outlet flanges. I'll have some prices for you by the end of the week, hopefully. Tomorrow I'll order a Mini bypass valve to take measures from.

Yes, do it. I've given up on the 1jz idea. I could buy one already converted for what it would cost me to do mine... and turboing the FE sounds like a ball ache. BUT I NEED MOAR POWER! And the easier the better!

Most of the parts can be purchased from eBay there's only a few items that are custom which u can get through club members the rest are generic items like the fmic and pipework

Should I upgrade the exhaust? It only currently has a back box so I was going to put a stainless system in, standard cat? or should I grab a highflow one?
ok could be nice to have a post or update the original post with what forum member would be best to contact reference individual parts? could make things a bit easier for others

Niliano does it have to be a 220 charger? or will a 230 charger be ok?The correct Eaton M62 supercharger can be found on the following Mercedes models:
C200K (W202) MY 1996-1999
C230K (W202) MY 1996-1999
CLK200K (W208) MY 1998-1999 <-- Not 100% sure about this one
CLK230K (W208) MY 1998-1999
E200K (W210) MY 1996-1999
SLK200K (R170) MY 1996-1999 <-- Not 100% sure about this one
SLK230K (R170) MY 1996-1999
For MY 2000 Mercedes went from M62 to M45 superchargers on all the above models.
