Shouldn't be that hard, the adjustable struts mean that you can adjust them so that the strut smoothly opens the boot lid rather than powers it up like a rocket. There will of course be slightly more resisitance but if set up right it won't be that bad.

Yep can do! won't be for a while but i can easily film it in action. I will get a before and after so you can see how bad it is and how well the new version will work and can even get some shots of how it all fits together in the boot.
Like i said its not a definate list, so if your interested then add your name, i won't get upset if you say no when i start making the kits.
