Boost gauge is it runing fine?

just installed my swoosh boost gauge
seems to be working fine,
at idle its at 0psi
as im driving normal its at 0.1-1psi
then when i boot it it's at 5-6 psi
dose this all sound good like my chargers running right?
when i change gear it jumps to 10psi then right back down
i have the old spring type so i think its just because it doesn't open fast enough or dose it do that anyway?

should be negative at idle.
but sounds about right
