Ok Mikey, I know you love 300ZX engines, but this may be taking it a bit far...

I do love engines too, but this is too much. Just use the factory dip stick.

That said, the only way to reach the back of the engine bay in my massive Land Rover is to get in there. Though there is almost enough room in there to get in with the V8 and close the bonnet. Though I wouldn't recommend it!

And being a Land Rover that means a climb into the engine bay every day.

Theres not room for anything in this thing... this was after several hours of taking allsorts out. No upper plenum, no fan, no belts.. Mikey is skinny, but still looks like a squeeze.

I dont think theres even room to cook a steak in there.
One of the daft things my parents did was tie a steak to the engine block, drive to the coast, and eat it when they got there.

Phil01 And being a Land Rover that means a climb into the engine bay every day.

Not every day Phil. You can't use a Land Rover every day! Just after every time you take it out off roading, from my experience. Anyone wanna buy a Land Rover?

SexyCrayola I dont think theres even room to cook a steak in there.

That sounds a good plan. In "Death Valley" Nevada, they say you can cook an egg on the bonnet it is so hot. So we tried it, and it worked. Tasted like dirt though, (maybe we should have cleaned the bonnet after driving through the desert?) and we nearly collapsed from heat exhaustion in the time we spent out of the air con! not sure I'd recommend it.
