dalegt4 i run BKR7E copper grade 7 plugs, proven on mine with ease at 325.8bhp at 1.07 bar.
have also run the same plugs at 1.8bar on my brothers 3071 turbo but then switched to grade 8 plugs for track use, car power is 458bhp
Not on an IS200, surely?

Yep. Denso Iridium IK22s are what I ran in my previous charged IS, and will soon put some in my current one come service time. I think you can get them from the dealer, although the cheapest place is probably Opie Oils, with your club discount.

Things done :- SPC turbo kit (custom), Blueflame cat back with custom tip, B&M shortshift, grooved discs all round, Mintex pads all round, OEM wheels in white,Denso ik22s, Calipers painted black,04 spec rear lights, Tein basic coilovers, Helix organic clutch, Fan washer jets, late spec headlights (dark), Carbon bonnet, Hotchkis anti roll bars, Front arm rest, Top box from late spec.
i use denso ik24/01 plugs not cheap!!!!

my is200 was running 330hp at 1.2 bar
