im not sure what your trying to get round?
the tank is still sealed when you put a return in, you just have a second line going to it.

hmm wonder if a 1ggte one would work, that already has the holes for a return line in the rail. could you measure between each injector on your engine see if it matches the 1ggte at all.

yeah i can get out there in a hour or so i got a regulator like this one isnt it just as easy as connect up the small barbed fitting at the top and feed a return back to the tank?

Yeah, that guy's talking about an IS300 though isn't he? The IS300 has a sealed fuel rail. From looking at my Toyota parts catalogue, the IS200 has a bolt in the end of the fuel rail you can remove. It might be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time the picture in the parts catalogue has been incorrect.
