Matt_C I must admit, I thought about the Altezza, but much prefer the smoothness of the 6 pot IS lump, and all the other gubbins in the car. Hmm, so either switch up to the 300, or chuck WAY too much money into the engine bay of the 200 I guess...Also, a 6 pot engine sounds nicer than a 4 pot, unless the 4 pot is a boxer engine of course.

IS300 + v160 gearbox is similar money to a properly supercharged IS200. Better, similar horsepower.

FirebirdPhil The Altezza is a smooth engine I bet you wouldn't be able to tell the difference in everyday driving. Just don't get the auto box version they are seriously slow beasts.

el_bandido It fits in the IS300 transmission tunnel without modification, you will need to get a prop fabricated and trick the ECU into thinking it's in drive.
