I also wanted to give her a good clean to wash off any salt/grit that maybe stuck in the wheelarches/underneath that the car has picked up over winter.

I spent 5 hours to get it looking all clean and shiney.
I also decided to take off the chrome exhaust tip and clean that up as well (sorry no before pics as I forgot to take some). But here are some after pics:

I washed my car yesterday- it was absolutly flithy! It last had a wash 1500 miles ago and since it was a sunny day yesterday, I gave the car the full works- wash, clay, polish/wax (Meg's 3 step system), tyres dressed etc. I also cleaned the interior.

Nice work though matey, was a bit cold out there for washing the car yesterday, but it's looking really nice - and yes difficult to tell how old it is :biggrin:

Actually I'm thinking of getting the front bumper and bonnet resprayed- too many stonechips (I normally try and hide the stonechips with polish/wax).

Thats nothing.....its been two years in april for me since i gave it a good clean/wax.......apart from a quick wash the bodushop gave it last year in may....got to do it soon ....heres a pic back in jan @ wim.....looks good Kam!:thumbup1:

Do you mean 2 years since you've given it a proper clean, or 2 years since it's been washed in any form (other than the bodyshop wash you mentioned)?
