I've ordered some 50mm lowering springs, I would like to know is there anything else I should consider getting changed, I've already been told about lower ball joints. Would it be a good idea to buy new bushes? Car coming up to 70,000 I've had it since 44,000 and never changed them. Just after some useful advice from people who have gone down that route before.
Thanks

I have noticed, would it be wise to change bushes at the same time? Thanks for the confirmation

Track rod ends.

Might as well if your doing bottom ball joints.

A 50mm drop on standard dampers might not actually be much of an "upgrade". Have you got uprated roll bars? Also, make sure you get your wheel alignment done properly afterwards as it makes a huge difference.

Haven't got uprated roll bars, most likely will go down that route in the future. Yep I will be getting it aligned once fitted. Also someone has being saying that 50mm springs will greatly shorten the life of the standard shocks. So that being said what decent shocks are out there for the is200 I've seen long and bilstein.

Not sure about bilsteins, spend the money on the roll bars first. It really is a massive difference.

If I were to do another is200 I'd go Meister r coilovers again. They were absolutely fantastic coupled with TRD roll bars. Even more comfortable than standard when set to soft.

There are few other things that need my money first, being as i've already ordered the springs I think should I just sort out the shocks now if needed, that's the part where I'm struggling with information.
Anti Roll Bars are on the list though
