Anywhere in the range is fine it's not exactly a huge difference.

Yes for the fuel pressure,
No idea as oil pressure changes depending on revs, what grade, how warm it is etc

Ahh right, for a journal I thought you just used the normal oil pressure (I.e. No restriction?).
I could be wrong though.
