Piggyback on a Lexus ECU?
Piggyback on a Lexus ECU?
Does anyone know one way or another whether the Lexus learning ECU chips will gradually attempt to counter a mapped piggyback unit?
I'm contemplating using an enanage on Lexus gs430 wiring in the supra.

I think they will yes, I've seen evidence that would suggest they do as well but it's not conclusive.

Cheers mate. It was your comment ages ago that put the thought in my head. I'll have to get an ultimate and see how the car performance changes over time.

I've said this to others you could test it by having it mapped. You'd get improvements I'm not doubting that. But if you then got it remapped 4-6weeks later I bet you've lost power and the standard ecu has adjusted
