Need a fiberglass wizzard
by jimxms, 29-03-2019, 10:11 AM
I'm looking for someone (or recommendations of) who is good with custom fiberglass work.

I think I might go down the route of having a custom gauge pod made, but it needs to be perfect or it'll just bug the hell out of me.

Any ideas boys?

removing rocker cover
by Lexuspat, 29-03-2019, 07:38 AM
Hi all,

Anyone know if there's a certain way to remove and refit the rocker cover. I want to take it off to give it a clean up but not sure if there's a certain pattern for the nuts for removal and refit

Any help would be great

The Bumble Beams got some love.
by Kevpr, 28-03-2019, 03:55 PM
Had my first crack at machine polishing the Altezza for the Banzai meet the other day. I'm pretty chuffed with the results. :thumbup1:
The car then got a layer of dodo juice supernatural wax.
What do you think?

Project Corolla T-Sport
by Dark Samurai, 27-03-2019, 03:51 PM
Hey guys, as most of you now know we have got rid of the IS300 and went to a Corolla T-Sport, as the IS300 was such a fuel drinker, it was costing loads to run.
We purchased her on the 26/4/2011, did a straight swap for the Lexus, as the Lexus needed some bodywork repairs which would have cost the difference between the two cars. And she has been an amazing little car to drive so far, I've heard.
Anyway, enough chit chat, here are some pics taken today:

First mod came LED sidelights and HID dipped headlights, the sidelights were on during those first set of pictures:

Demon shine
by Phil01, 27-03-2019, 02:06 PM
Has any one used Demon shine, Pour on shine.
I just bough a 5litre container of it from Halfords, you dilute at a 5% with water and either use it in a trigger spray for meet-up detailing, use it as a clay bar lube, or add it to your rinse bucket, amazing results.
Trigger spray on and micro fibre off. It can even be used on glass and plastics and alloy wheels.
Forget Megs at £9-£10 for a 750ml spray, use this and you will be happy and at only £9.99 for 5litres.

And Halfords are doing 3-4-2 on car cleaning stuff

Hello everyone
by Scooby Doo, 27-03-2019, 06:21 AM
Hi,

Finally gone for a japnanese car and bought this last May. I've also got a Rover 220 GSi Turbo as my daily drive.

1997 Subaru impreza STi V3 with just over 44k on the clock and completely standard apart from a HKS dump valve and 3" turbo back exhaust.

It was a close choice between an Evo 5 and this but I always loved the sound of the flat 4 engine so thought I'd try it out 8)

Hope to meet some members at local and national meets.
