New HID kit arrived

Thought I'd start a thread on the new kit I just bought as they include the "anti-glare" bulbs I mentioned in the other thread which may be of interest to people going forwards.

Anyway, was planning to fit the kit today, but was busy in the morning, and then it started raining so it will have to wait. In the meantime, here are some pics of the kit itself (surprisingly well packaged too!)

Anti-glare bulbs (as you can probably see, the difference between these and a normal bulb is that the bottom of the bulb is obscured)

Will hopefully get it all fitted soon, and then report back on how effective the anti-glare bulbs are at eliminating light scatter

Check out Spotify its a music steaming program, with loads on it. The free program plays an 30sec advert every 5tracks or so. Its only in BETA so check out this link (http://spotify.rejected.se/?proxy) to get it without an invite.

Recommend a Mechanic in Cambridge area

Hi all

Just getting around to thinking as i got no service history book with the car,even tho the car dealer said it has, and can not find much evidence that it has been, that it may need a full service and a cambelt change as its on 65k.

So who do you use and would recommend for me to use in the Cambridge area? Someone who is knows there way around a lexus and good value.

I was thinking about trying to get in contact with the last registered owner to verify if its service history, the number plates have Lexus Hatfield on, they told me the car had its first 2 services there only.

The car was registered in Hemel Hempstead and it an 04 IS200 (KH04) in black if anyone may know of it history or its previous owner?

strange freeview problem

Hi guys,

Noticed this over the past few weeks, during the night my freeview box spontaneously switches itself on and goes to channel 19, now I know i put it on standby before I go to sleep and i've tried it where it's not been on 19 aswell yet when I wake up in the morning it's always on.

I've checked that there is no schedule/alarm set for it, it's not really a problems just something strange, any ideas?

Earlier this summer a dream of mine came true, I got the opportunity to drive eight different sports cars during a day on twisting country roads, wide highways and finally an empty airfield :thumbup:

My girlfriend snapped a few pictures while I was driving and I took the rest of them.
