ormi you will never be able to match the angle you take a pic from side to side so i just think he's a tiny bit further round/closer thats whats making it look like the wing is out or poss could be that some one has leaned against the wing at some point hold the arch close to were the bumper meets the arch and give it a light pull stand back and look do again if needed it wont take much job done its called a minor adjustment of the pannel lol.
You're probably right, and I hope so too as it sounds a simple fix!
