hello ive just bought a 05 plate scooby wrx (pics will be up soon) its still totaly standard at the mo but will soon change ive already ordered some new pads and drilled and groved discs hopefully that will just be a start. hope to speak to you all soon:biggrin:

My trip to the Ace Cafe on Sunday!

On Sunday I went to the Ace Café as it is proven that a Full English breakfast and Petrol is THE perfect cure for a hangover… After a nice breakfast and seeing a few bikes I got in the car to leave and then had a tap on the window… a dude and his mate were excited to see the car and it appears that one of them is on the SXOC (H20) and he has an S14A around the corner…. Had a little look around his motor and thought, “Pics” so here they are:









And then this turned up…











After a chat and a little drift in his S14 I went off to take a few snappy snaps of my motor…!









So ummm…. That was my Sunday..!

There is the Bedford meet on Easter Sunday.
There is a Custom and hot rod cruise near me (Brandon near Thetford) on the Monday open to all American and custom cars and rods (Yes Japs are welcome)

Thats my weekend plans.

Started today! Looking forward to some great racing through the year, with heavy support from the Japanese manufacturers again. After returning to BTCC last year it will be good to see Toyota rising through the ranks with the Ginetta and Speedworks-backed Avensis. Unlikely they can take on the Hondas if their new 2012 car performs like last years, but anything can happen!

Tune in all day on ITV4 for plenty of this...

Hot water heat pumps

Bit of a random question but I know we have a few people on here who know their plumbing.........does anyone know about or even worked with hot water heat pumps?

These are the hot water cylinders with heat pumps built into them that use the heat in the surrounding air to heat the water.

Just a quick introduction to us here at Crews and our TV showing which is premiering this Sunday (1st April) 9pm on Sky Showcase (Channel 203)

We at CrewsVs.com have spent a lot of our time attending, photographing and filming as many local and major car meets as we physically can meeting car enthusiasts like yourselves.
Now we are at a stage to take it to the next level and bring the car modifying scene along with us!

Firstly; we are not trying to sell you anything, nor are we asking for your money, commitment to anything or to detract any members from your forum! We are only interested in your feedback on our TV show dedicated to the world of car tuning and modifying.


What is the CrewsVs UK TV show?
CrewsVs UK is the TV Show focused on all aspects of everything related to car tuning and modifying. Whether it's tuning cars for drag, drift, show or anything inbetween, we're giving it our full attention to bring it to your screens!

Why are we approaching your forum?

Hello! (The black Micra at Fast Show)

After chatting to one of the members from here (sorry, don't think I got your name!) I found an invite to the club under my wiper so thought I'd join up!

So my names Matt, i'm 20 and driving the black Micra you may have seen in the Show and Shine area at The Fast Show. It's my second Micra since passing my test at 17 (first was a metallic turquoise poverty spec 1L to which my username is a homage to) and i'll get round to posting a proper thread about it in due course.
