Ball joint replacment for noob's

right i need to replace my drivers side lower ball joint any tips or hints as its my first time?
also i have a scissor type ball joint seperator will this do the job ok ?

hi guys its been awhile since ive last posted how have you all been anyway the other night i was driving home when i hit a pot hole the steering started to go on one side so i thought to myself its the tracking thats been knocked but just about another mille down the road i went over a speed bump n snap the driver side suspension just clopased on me i had no control as i manged to drag/drive the car to the side i had noticesed that my ball joint had snappped clean off cut the story short i have had them both replaced but im having a problem I dont have TRC anymore and also i dont have ABS no more and its quite scary since its been snowing heavily any help plz guys much appreciated....:thumbup1:

I just thought I'd throw it up in here he came in to the RAF station I work at.

I informed him about the club of course.

He has met and dealt with Daz from likwidart and will be at the RSCS with CCUK so has said he will come across and say hello up there.

Well on a trip over to RAF Cranwell today from my native base just up the road from there, after being ID'd at the gate was recruited by your Lincoln area rep, not sure of his username, lol (threatened he wouldn't let me on camp unless i signed up:laugh

So, i'm Matt (if you've not guessed by the username) and currently own a ST205 GT-Four (currently off the road long term, looking at converting to a track car) and a Gen 7 Celica VVTLi (with compulsory Hair dryer and straighteners which came as standard with the car)

I know the main reason your reading this, and thats for piccies, lol

OK so after a drive of just under 500 miles at the weekend i have sourced 95% of the Masa Bodykit for my car

so the finished article will look more or less like this beauty



However i dont have the metal parts shown in the picture below and as such i would like to track them down



I have been told they are not 100% necessary but does make fitting the kit a lot easier, newera are unable to help not sure the reason why but suspect its due to it only being a small order etc

so does anyone else on here have any fingers in any pies with importers that can help source the last few bits fr this kit........

Figured I'd introduce myself on here.

My name is Craig, I live in Croydon and drive a 96' Toyota Corolla Levin BZ-G.
